Delano Residences & Hotel Miami reintroduces a celebrated hospitality heritage—born in 1947 and reimagined in 1995—to an exclusive downtown address. Rising 90 stories and over 850 feet above the city, this vertical masterpiece was envisioned by conceptual artist Carlos Ott with architectural firm CUBE 3, its silhouette defined by soft, continuous curves inspired by a flame dancing in the wind.

Conceived as a vertical resort layered laterally, each ascent introduces a new environment of filtered light, sculptural circulation, and layered landscapes. Interiors by New York studio Meyer Davis bring every space to life through materiality, texture, and experience—culminating at Miami's first-ever observation deck.
