This Privacy Policy explains how Lanpages (“Lanpages,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Interworking AI Solutions Limited, collects, uses, stores, processes, and discloses personal information in connection with our websites, applications, Lanpages, CRM, analytics, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with Lanpages, we may collect:
Account Information
Name, email address, telephone number, company or brokerage, job title, account credentials, subscription information, and other account information.
Lead and Enquiry Information
When an individual submits an enquiry through a Lanpage, information may include:
- name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- property or project of interest;
- enquiry information;
- campaign or referral source;
- date and time of enquiry; and
- related communications or follow-up information.
Technical and Usage Information
We may collect IP address, browser information, device information, operating system, usage information, page interactions, referral information, cookies, and analytics information.
User Content
We may process content uploaded or provided by users, including brochures, documents, images, property information, project information, and other materials.
Lanpages does not operate its own data centres. User Content and account data are stored and served through the infrastructure providers named in section 4, on our behalf and under our instructions. Videos are not stored by Lanpages at all: a video shown on a Lanpage is embedded from YouTube, Vimeo or another address the user provides, and is delivered by that platform under its own terms.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- provide and operate Lanpages;
- create and manage accounts;
- process User Content;
- provide CRM and lead-management functionality;
- deliver enquiries to the relevant user;
- provide analytics and campaign reporting;
- maintain, improve, and secure the Services;
- provide customer support;
- process payments and subscriptions;
- detect fraud, phishing, abuse, and security threats;
- investigate reported content;
- comply with legal obligations;
- enforce our Terms and policies; and
- communicate with users regarding their accounts and Services.
3. Lead Data
Real estate agents, brokerages, and other customers using Lanpages may collect personal information through their published Lanpages.
The agent, brokerage, or other customer identified on the relevant Lanpage is responsible for ensuring that its collection and use of lead information complies with applicable privacy, data-protection, direct-marketing, and communications laws.
Lanpages processes such information as necessary to provide the Services and subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Services. At the date of this policy they are:

Advertising and measurement platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) receive information only from Lanpages whose owner has connected them, and only after the visitor consents on that page. Video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo) receive information when a visitor plays an embedded video. We update this list when a provider changes.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, regulatory authority, or court order, or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, intellectual property complaints, or protect Lanpages, our users, or third parties.
Lanpages does not sell personal information to advertisers.
5. International Processing
Interworking AI Solutions Limited is established in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The providers listed in section 4 process information outside the DIFC, mainly in the United States and in Cloudflare's global data centres, so personal information is transferred internationally whenever you use the Services.
Such transfers are made on the basis of the DIFC Data Protection Law, with contractual safeguards in each provider's data-processing terms and, where required, standard contractual clauses, so that the information keeps a level of protection equivalent to the one it has under the law that applies to you.
6. Data Security
Lanpages implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain legitimate business records, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect the security and integrity of the Services.
In practice: a Lanpage a user deletes stays in the account's Trash for 30 days and is then removed, together with its files; leads stay in the account's CRM until the user deletes them; backup copies of the platform's data are kept for a limited period and then overwritten; and an account the user closes is removed with its content after the period needed to honour legal and billing obligations.
8. Your Rights
Interworking AI Solutions Limited is established in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and its processing of personal information is subject to the DIFC Data Protection Law and any other data-protection law that applies to you.
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other rights provided by applicable data-protection law.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or with the data-protection authority in your own country.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Lanpages uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security and preferences. Visits to a Lanpage are counted on our servers without a tracking cookie. Advertising and measurement technologies run on a Lanpage only where its owner has connected them and the visitor has consented; they are named, with their purpose and duration, in our Cookie Policy.

10. Third-Party Services
Lanpages integrates with the third-party platforms and services named in section 4, and with the advertising, analytics and video platforms a user may connect to a Lanpage.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Lanpages is not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
The current version will be published with its effective date.
