This policy explains what personal data Interworking AI Solutions collects when you use RealtorLanding, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short and specific.

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. You may add your company, phone number and city. We store your plan, credit balance and payment history.
Brochures, photos, videos, logos and the text of your landing pages, plus your settings.
When a visitor submits a form on one of your pages we store the name, email, phone number and message they provide, and pass it to you. For this data you are the controller and we act as your processor — you decide how those enquiries are used and are responsible for contacting people lawfully.
Page views and lead counts per landing page, AI actions and their token usage, plus standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in, and local browser storage to remember preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics you add to your own landing pages (for example Google Analytics) is your choice and your responsibility to disclose to your visitors.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that make the product work:

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Admin access is restricted and protected by an additional password. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Subject to your local law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. Leads can be exported to CSV from your CRM at any time. Write to support@lanpages.com with the subject “Data request” and we will respond within the period required by law.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
The Service is for professional use and is not directed at anyone under 18.
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email or in the application and update the date at the top of this page.
