AI features consume credits from your plan's monthly allowance or from purchased packs. Credits are only charged when an action succeeds; a failed action is refunded automatically. Monthly allowances reset each billing cycle and do not accumulate. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active.
You keep ownership of everything you upload and create — brochures, photos, text, published pages — and of the lead data your pages collect. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the Service.
You confirm you have the right to use the material you upload, including developer brochures, photos, logos and floor plans, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone's rights.
The Service includes tools that, on your instruction, extract content from brochure files you upload and from website addresses you provide. These tools act solely as a technical convenience under your direction. We do not review, verify or clear the rights to any material you upload or import, and we make no representation that you are entitled to use it.
By uploading a brochure, importing a website, or otherwise placing any third-party material on the Service (including photographs, renderings, floor plans, logos, trademarks, brand names, text and videos), you represent and warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Interworking AI Solutions, the RealtorLanding platform, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) material you upload, import, publish or distribute through the Service; (b) your use of the brochure-extraction or website-import tools; or (c) any breach of the warranties in this section — including, without limitation, claims of copyright or trademark infringement brought by developers, photographers, website operators or any other rights holder.
If we receive a credible notice that material on a page infringes someone's rights, we may remove the material or unpublish the page without prior notice, pass your contact details to the complainant where the law allows, and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe. We may also charge you our reasonable costs of handling a claim caused by your breach of this section.

It is a draft: you must review it before publishing, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability, sizes, handover dates and any other claim on your pages. The Service relies on third parties such as hosting, AI, email, payment and messaging providers. Their availability is outside our control, and features that depend on them may be interrupted or changed.
We work to keep the Service available and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates and outages can occur.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that are used unlawfully, or where payment fails. Deleted pages are held in your Trash for 30 days before permanent removal; after account closure we may delete your data following a reasonable retention period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost leads or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
