When you subscribe to Lanpages.com, we license you the platform — the page builder, the designs, the AI tools and the hosting — so you can create landing pages that win you real-estate business. Here is what that means in practice, without the legal fog.
The short version
Everything you make with Lanpages.com is yours to use commercially — publish it, advertise it, win clients with it. The platform itself, our designs and our code stay ours. Don't resell the product, don't share your account, and only publish property content you have the right to use.
What you can do
- Publish landing pages for any property you market — your own listings, your brokerage's projects, or a developer's launch you are selling. As many campaigns as your plan allows.
- Use your pages fully commercially. Run Google, Meta or TikTok ads to them, collect leads, close deals — with no royalties, commissions or extra fees to us, ever.
- Build pages for your clients as part of your service as an agent, broker or agency — the page lives in your account and you run it for them.
- Use everything the AI writes for you — taglines, project stories, interiors copy, SEO text, translations — on your pages and in your own marketing, in any market.
- Connect your own domains and, on plans that include it, present pages fully under your brand without the Lanpages.com credit.
- Take your leads with you. Export every lead to CSV at any time — they are yours, including after you cancel.
What you can't do
- Resell or share the platform. No renting out your account, sharing logins, or wrapping Lanpages.com as your own page-building service for others to operate.
- Copy our designs, themes, templates or code to build, train or power a competing product, template kit or website builder.
- Publish content you have no rights to — other agents' photos, renders or brochures without permission, or listings you are not authorised to market.
- Mislead buyers. No fake availability, invented prices, or pages that impersonate a developer or another brokerage.
- Scrape or harvest the platform, other users' pages, or their leads.
- Use the AI tools as a content farm — generating bulk material unrelated to marketing your properties, for resale or redistribution.
What's yours, what's ours
Yours
The content you upload (photos, brochures, text, logos), the pages you build with it, and every lead your pages capture. Cancelling your subscription never transfers any of it to us — export your leads and keep your materials.
Ours
The platform, the page designs and themes, the code, and the Lanpages.com brand. Your subscription licenses them to you while it is active — it never sells them to you, and the license ends if the subscription does. Your published pages simply go offline in that case; your content and leads remain yours.
AI-written content
Copy the AI writes from your material is yours to use freely on your pages and marketing. You are responsible for checking facts — prices, sizes, availability — before publishing, just as with copy you write yourself.
